The workshop took place on the 16th March 2011 at the Nottingham Trent University Conference Centre

Are you in the early stages of developing a learning repository within your organisation and want to learn from others who have been there? Do you have experiences of learning repositories which could help novices starting out on the path towards sharing learning resources?
This free one day workshop will have presentations from a range of speakers that are involved in learning repository development, and activities which will provide an opportunity to share experiences of managing and using learning repositories within a higher education context. The workshop also provides the opportunity to hear the experiences of the JISC funded SHARE Project which has implemented a learning repository within its Virtual Learning Environment Desire2Learn at Nottingham Trent University, and has encouraged a culture of sharing across the University.
Suggested Audience: those using or are interested in using learning repositories e.g. learning and teaching staff; managers of learning resource repositories; content and e-learning developers; individuals supporting technology enhanced learning; academic librarians
Structure: combination of presentations and opportunities to discuss the themes presented
Outputs: video; slides; web site and activity capture
